Spring is finally here. Days are lighter for longer and warmer weather is on its way! Enjoy opportunities of being out and about with your dogs as the air is full of amazing new scents for your dogs to sniff and be excited about. Spring is a celebration of new growth and life and a great time to share special moments with your wonderful dogs!

Spring is a time when many people embark on their household spring cleaning, decorating and gardening projects.

Spring cleaning is all about sorting out stuff and deep cleaning the home. This is a common practice in cold winter climates like the UK.

Be careful about the use of household cleaning products around inquisitive dogs, as many popular household cleaners contain ingredients that areĀ highly toxic to dogs.

Dog exposure to floor products is much higher than ours, as dogs spend more time on or near the floor. They may be breathing in these toxins or absorbing them through their paws and skin.

It's an exciting time to be out in the garden, or on walks with your dogs enjoying nature.

It's important to be proactive and know which plants and flowers can be an irritant or poisonous to your dogs, whether in your garden or out and about.
